Milana Chiyouhatsu (血用発 韮名 Chiyouhatsu Mirana) is a musician of the Icewave Pirates.

Personality[]
Milana is a spunky, perky, excitable and outgoing girl. She also has a very childlike personality, being both impulsively curious and easily confused. She often tries to touch strange objects without restraint, and goes on tangents that quickly stop making sense, causing Hyobachi to question her sanity on several occasions.
Despite her childish and seemingly naïve nature, Milana has demonstrated wisdom through many grueling trials. Her tenacity, optimism and loyalty to those she cares about have been important, sometimes even critical, to Hyobachi's successes. She consistently puts others before herself, reminding Hyobachi to fight for justice even when her life is at stake.
After the timeskip, Milana has been hardened. She sees all the world as evil, nothing redeeming. The only ones she can trust are her friends.

Devil Fruit[]
Milana has the powers of the Tama Tama no Mi, allowing her to transform into spirit orbs. She can also see the future, but usually sees bad futures.
After the timeskip, Milana has perfected her Tama Tama no Mi abilities enough to where she doesn't use her scythe very often.

After the timeskip, Milana knows how to use Busoshoku Haki.

Spiritual Beam - Milana sends a bean of spirit orbs at her enemy, charged with Busoshoku Haki, hitting them as if each orb was a punch.
Weaknesses[]
Standard devil fruit weaknesses. Milana's powers are negated by when bright light is shining on her. She also has the tendency to attack slowly.

Milana's original character model was based of of Beatrice from "Umineko no Naku Koro Ni", although it changed quite a bit as the character progressed.
